Comments: I just found out at D/2/8 reunion that Dec, 70 I was first assigned to D/1/8. Somehow I did not know that the transfer to D/2/8 happened. I would particularly like to find Sgt. William "Buck" Kallum, my squad leader. I have a "Viet Nam" photo album w/ his name in the front cover that he gave me when he went home. I would like to return it to him. Also like to locate Lt Smith and Capt. Spies (Eldridge, IA).

Comments: I served with the 1/8 Cav in the HHq Co. I have always admired the line companies that went out and did all the dirty work. I served Feb 69 to March 70 and did most of my time on the LZ's or Fire Bases. I ran generators at the LZ's but was a radio operator by MOS. Love to hear form anyone in the 1/8 Cav.
