My son inlaw found this site .I have no pics from VN so it was great seeing these.Are you in touch with any of the guys still? I am not. My husband, George Lupperger, served with the 1st Cav., "D" Company, 1/8 in Vietnam in 1968.

Spent 1/2 my tour as a Tank Commander and the other half a a Scout Section/Ambush leader in our company when I wasn't laid-up or in the hospital in Danang (95th. Evac.) Comments: I was in D company 1st 8th 1967-1968 Stationed in Quang Tri Medical core. Spent time at Lz Stallion. Lz Huckelberry. what we called the sands Khe san. good to see a web site like this .
