As of today 3/16/2025.

I have discovered what is creating the issue. Our Gallery extension has really added lots of 'data' to our system. It overloaded it to the point things quit working.

So what I'm in the process of doing is increasing our disc size from 60 gig to 80 gig. This will give us a bit more room. It will also add to the cost but it don't think it will be too much.

I'm also considering adding back the auto backup.

More later.

Hi Gordon,

The Gallery?? Wow, I'm kinda surprised at that. However, I never really use it so I'm guessing others really do!

The auto backup might be good to have back as well. And I don't see the extra $$$ being a problem. That donations banner has been on for the most two days? Lots of people donate!

Clear day, managed to capture ol' Sol. Also got a notification that my SeeStar S30 should be here in the next couple days; finally off backorder. I might actually get some observing in tonight too!

BTW, Happy St. Patricks day. I remember taking a tour of the Guiness factory when I was in Ireland in '95. I remember most of it...

I actually had a pretty good St. Paddys day. Corn beef and cabbage and small seasoned potatoes.

I think I only spent 3 or 4 hours messing with forum things yesterday. Much better than the 8 to 10 hours for the last few days.

I finally got Pair to do the server space upgrade, so we have lots of room now. The sales team sent a note to the server team to get off their ass and install the backup now.

This was about an hour ago my time, so we will see.

I just hope they still have the 3/12/2025 backup tape!!!!

If so we should be up today sometime.

Another update.

Pair had already overwritten the 3/12 backup so we are using a 3/15 (early AM) tape.

Hopefully this will work okay. It appears the 'critical' files are there and intact.

I'm downloading the ones I need to my hard drive and will upload them to the correct location on our server. This is going to take a while as one of these files is almost 30 gig.

Hopefully sometime in the next 10 or so hours we will be up and running.

Good to hear Gordon. I was going to send you an email but thought not to bother you, you've got enough on you plate!
Again, anything I can do to help or even pay for let me know.
